Visitor’s Tax:
Winter: € 2,50 per person/night
Summer: € 2,50 per person/night
Children under 15/16 years are exempt from this tax (dependent on the year of birth)

Booking:
You need to make a reservation in written form (by email or post). A booking is only valid after you have received a booking confirmation in written form from us. For a binding reservation, we politely ask you to pay 50% of the arranged price in advance. The payment can be made by bank transfer within 7 days.

Arrival and Departure:
Check-In: from 2 p.m. onwards
Check-Out: by 10 a.m. at the latest

Payment:
The bill has to be paid in cash one day before your departure at the latest.

Cancellation policy:
The general terms and conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. No reduction of the total booking amount will be granted in case of an early departure or delayed arrival. The total booking amount will also be charged if you arrive with less people than agreed upon. Landeck is the place of jurisdiction. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance.

Cancellation Insurance:
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance to avoid a cancellation fee in case of an accident, a family bereavement, a job loss, etc. If you are interested, please visit the following website: www.europaeische.at 

Smoker / Non-Smoker:
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We thank you for your understanding.

Parking Space:
6 parking lots are available directly in front of the house.  

Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Ad Capellam – we kindly ask for your understanding.
